What changed, and what it means for you.
A plain record of what is actually live on this site, what is approved and coming, and what is no more than an idea. Anything not yet available is labelled so it cannot be mistaken for something you can buy.

A rebuild around one idea: show the working before asking for the enquiry.
The Finance Health Check now has a full page setting out who it is for, who it is not for, the questions reviewed, the information we ask for, the review stages, what you receive, and what is explicitly excluded.
You can judge whether it fits before speaking to anyone, and you can see where the work stops.
Go and lookAdded an example of what a Health Check output looks like, clearly labelled as a format example built on invented figures.
You can see the shape of the deliverable instead of taking a description on trust.
Go and lookAdded a commercial pressure map showing how purchase price, selling price, haulage, handling, yard capacity and working capital each act on the return from a deal.
It shows which pressures get examined, without pretending to calculate your numbers.
Go and lookThe enquiry form now asks only for your name, company and work email. Telephone, the commercial challenge, timing and any extra context are optional.
Less to fill in before you get a reply.
Go and lookEvery enquiry point now states the response window, who reads the enquiry, and an email address you can use instead of the form.
You know when to expect a reply and who is reading it.
Go and lookRebuilt the navigation and page layouts for phones, and made the Health Check action reachable without opening the menu.
The site works one-handed, on a phone, in a yard.
Published three practical articles: margin after operating cost, stock confidence, and how haulage and yard capacity should influence which deals you take.
Questions you can put to your own numbers this week, whether or not you ever make contact.
Go and lookTightened the controls that keep client information private, and withdrew three marketing one-pagers that carried figures nobody had approved.
Nothing about a client reaches this site without their written approval, and no figure appears here that cannot be evidenced.
Renamed the engagement page from Pricing to Ways to Work Together, and explained plainly how fee and timing are agreed.
The page no longer promises a price list it does not carry.

The fee is now on the page. No enquiry needed to find out what it costs.
The Finance Health Check fee (£2,500, fixed) is published on the site.
You can judge the cost before making contact, not after.
Go and lookOngoing monthly support is priced at three levels — £500, £1,000 and £2,000+ a month — each stating who it is for and what it includes.
You can see what a level costs and covers without a sales conversation.
Go and lookAdded six stated commitments: fixed fee before you commit, no lock-in on monthly support (30 days' notice, no minimum term), no day rates or surprise invoices, an NDA on request before you send anything, and one person doing the work start to finish.
Things you can hold us to, not just things we say about ourselves.

Exploring
Under consideration onlyUnder consideration only
Being thought about. Not available, not scheduled, and not something you can buy or join.
Whether a software tool could make stock and margin information easier to trust day to day.
Nothing to evaluate yet. It would only ever follow work that proved the need first.
Whether more anonymised engagement write-ups can be published, subject to approval in each case.
More worked examples to judge us on — if, and only if, clients agree to them.
What this record deliberately omits
Nothing here names a client or describes their business. Anything under “Exploring” is an idea, not a product, and cannot be bought, booked or joined. Technical detail belongs in the repository changelog, not on a page meant for people deciding whether to work with us.
